Acorn/any Squash stuffed with Bulgar wheat, spinach, raisins and pecans

Stir Fried Shrimps with peas–over rice or pasta with creamy sauce

Week 4

Chicken breast, rice w nuts, Brussels sprouts with pearl onions

Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli, chicken mushroom sauce

Week 3
Smoked Herring and tomatoes, with basil dumplings

Nut Crusted Scallops, cream sauce over bowtie pasta

Week 4
Spaghetti with garlic and 4 cheeses meat sauce

Pork chops with broccoli and cauliflower au gratin
