Sample Menu #3 Drop Off Service- 1 month

Week 1
Corn and Rice Stuffed Trout with candied carrots

Curry Chicken w/ French cut string beans and garbanzo beans, with rice or dumplings. (fried plantains possible)

Week 2
Gnocchi with spinach and tomato sauce, side of Brussels sprouts

Fresh Cod layer pie–cod, mashed cheesy potato, crushed eggs (tomato on side for topping)

Week 3
Roasted Butternut Squash and pumpkins (olive oil, basil) with chicken roll (brdcrmbs, rosemary, walnuts, wine, olive oil, scallions) (Winter time -will edit out the seasonal veggie)

Shrimp in Peanut Sauce, rice, stir fried veggie w/garlic

Week 4
Spaghetti and meatballs/meat sauce, side of sauteed broccoli

Black bean chili, with rice and tortilla chips. Salad (green peppers)
