Mediterranean Cooking Class

Below is what can be referred to as “Greek Lasagna”
Mousaka:zucchini, potato, eggplant, ground meat, and Bechamel Sauce on top.
Flour butter milk eggs, black pepper, salt, nutmeg, Parmesan cheese
all together. Bake 20 min.

Also included in the mix was:

Spinach in Filo Dough (about 1/2 an hour to make)

Dips with Pita Bread (1 hour tops)

Grilled Octopus (40 or so minutes to boil and then about 15 minutes or less on grill)

Baklava (about 1/2 and hour)

Shrimp Santorini (1 hour or so–vegetables and then cooking shrimp)

Homemade Pasta with Homemade Tomato Sauce (depends on your sauce)

It was good and we recommend something like this for couples. It is nice to learn together. We saw this deal on LIVING SOCIAL.
